who wants to help in determining the field of 65?

figured we could all chime in and see if we can accurately predict who will and will not make it into the tourney... even try to seed the fucker... we all play pretty close attention, and it would be fun to see what we come up with... i dont even know if we could agree on it to put out a final bracket or not.... ive always wondered what it would be like behind those doors having to agree with a bunch of other guys in determining the field... just a thought... if the thread dies, it dies, but if anyone has ideas on how we could do this, or would even want to, then chime in... all ideas are welcome... even to can it, if it's a dumb idea

ESPN.com does a pretty good job with the Bubble Watch and Bracketology.

I don't think we would be able to duplicate the selection committee process here.

you have to start somewhere... i mean as already stated ESPN has teh Bracketology and Bubble Watch... it helps to know what teams are on the bubble at this point to see if they are playing themselves off it or popping it

it doesnt look like this idea will happen, but you'd surely want to start long before the final weekend of the tourneys

ya, it's helpful to watch bubble teams and even teams who are probably going to be in to decide which seeds they'll be. things will be changing.

Well, you can say that Linardi is an idiot, but he has gotten 64 out of 65 teams right in the last three years, so I think he is pretty good.

I think being on the selection committee would be the most fun job in the world. I would volunteer to do it for free if they would let me.

i'd wager that i could get 63, maybe 64.... and that's without all the help his job offers him... i mean shit, his job is to project who will make it and all

well, i think we might be able to figure out the majority of the field, but at this point guessing the smaller conferences is pretty much impossible. I mean, who's going to win the Big South? Winthrop's the favorite, but maybe its Radford this year, or Liberty, or High Point. I don't know.

well, you would obviously need until the end of the tourneys to project that... hell, even Jesus would have trouble putting a bracket together today

You guys can't even agree on when you should start the seeding. Let alone coming to an agreement on all 65 teams.
