If I made my own PJ Poster (totally original art)...got it printed on a nice large piece of shiny paper...autographed it and called it a "ONE-OF-A-KIND"...

THEN SOLD IT ON EBAY!!!

and someone actually paid A LOT for it...

Ive made a few posters and even a few PJ logos kinda similar to the PJ bug but I made one that was a fish.

but I havent sold any on ebay.

im probably gonna do it. I just wanted real PJ fan opinions. Im not gonna lie on my description or anything..Ill be straight out...if someone digs it...then great.

maybe somehow there will be a demand created for my art and PJ might even contact me to create something! its a longshot...but what the hell...

As long as you made it clear in your description that you made the posters and that they're not officially endorsed by the band, I wouldn't be pissed at you. And since you said you're going to be honest about it, more power to you.

But if you're using PJ logos in your artwork, make sure it's not copyrighted or trademarked or anything. That could be some shady territory.

yea, i'm pretty intrigued as to what we're talking about here. you've simultaneously inspired me to create something of my own. however i don't have photoshop at home and i dont' think Paint will produce the best images....but i can draw and scan i suppose....

i got plenty of ideas...just use the ames posters as examples that you can pretty much create anything and slap pj in there in some sort of creative font and bam! you got a cool looking PJ poster.


its all gonna be original...i wont use anyoen elses logos, art, or photos.

ill post some stuff when i get home...i got plenty of stuff that i did throughout the years and i gotta look througha ll my drawings.

ever made any music videos to PJ songs? i figure if you're into making posters you probably have an interest in making your own videos for some of their tunes a la the newsletters contest a while back.

none of these are perfect since im still learning Adobe AFTER EFFECTS and PREMIERE.

I am working on another pj video...but I want this one to be good so its gonna take sometime before its fully evolved. I was gonna use old footage and photos of PJ but then I figured...screw it...Ill jsut create my own animation to make it into something no one else has ever seen.

maybe Ill release it this summer.
