I saw that Robin Williams has his own thread as funniest man alive, and I do think he is hysterical, but my vote for funniest man would have to be the great Bill Murray. He doesn't do stand up that I know of but he was so great in SNL and all his movies. Lets see some love for Bill.

I prefer Bill Murray over Robin Williams, especially because Bill doesnt try to be over the top funny like Williams. He just acts like himself and he is hilarious. Im not sure how his new movie is going to be, but im sure it will be pretty darn funny.

I once had a sex dream about Bill Murray.

It was disturbing.

Big Bill fan here! :D
Robin Williams is funny, don't get me wrong, but it's better when people don't try so hard.

Bill Murray is ace

I love him in Rushmore when he randomly takes a basketball from some kids and slams it through the hoop. That's a seriously disturbed character.

i've said this before, but that's ok

he's something of a one trick pony, but he can do amazing things with that one trick.
a severly underrated actor, in my opinion.

Watch Caddyshack and then Lost In Translation, and THEN tell me he's a one trick pony.

His work in Rushmore and Lost In Translation is his best, in my opinion. His character in Rushmore is one of my favorites.
