The rumour is that PJ have been approached to play the bbc Jools Holland show to play 3 songs on the new series in September.
From my friend who works at bbc white city in London.
With more press for this album, a euro tour then, and Jools Holland being quite a serious live music show, maybe the boys will accept?

About fucking time, though Jools should book them for an entire show of them like he did with REM

They should play it. Its generally a good show for proper music fans. And if they want to improve on no.34 in the Uk for Riot Act this should do it

PJ on Jools would be so cool!!!

PJ touring the UK in september would be even sweeter, since I'm on holiday then. :)

This would be awesome news.

Interestingly, those thinking that PJ are taking the Green Day route should note that they also appeared with Jools :P

I've seen scattered pieces of that show. What I saw was excellent. If you find a copy let me know.

I'm indifferent about this. there's a lot of people who say the backing music on Jools is pre-recorded and just the vocals are done live. But the more TV appearence over here the better.

I've never heard this before and find it hard to believe but saying that I'll be paying a close eye on the musicians next time I watch.

Do you believe this?, I mean there is always some sorta jam going on.

Jools Holland is a pianist, used to be in Squeeze. He is famous in the UK mostly for his show, Later...with Jools Holland.

It is widely regarded as a real musicians show.
