This is a very interesting band that I recently found out about. It's a project from Justin Broadrick, a guy I didn't know anything about who's apparently pretty important in the inustrial/expiremental area of music.
I'd describe it as heavy post rock/experimental music with clean vocals, thick guitars and heavy drums, and nice arrangement, but I've heard it called anything from experimental stoner metal to doom metal with industrial underpinnings. Pretty hard to describe, but I'm halfway the album and it's quite good, especially considering I usually hate heavy music. I'd reccomend it to anyone looking for a unique release from this year. There's also the EP Heartache that I might check out.

I downloaded this album but have yet to listen to it. From what I've heard its a very Slint/metal style of playing. Hope its good.

This is quite the beatuiful album, and not as "heavy" as you would think on first listen. It's almost like shoegaze in the repetition and the wall of sound created. I'm about 3/4 through, have to say I'm impressed.

Yea this album is pretty good. Its heavy as hell and obviously influenced by Slint, pretty cool.

I listened to them a few times last year, I still have the album and have been inclined to give it another shot lately. I don't remember what they sound like.
