Ok, that just a few, well favorites I would watch again & again for now ... 24/7 veiwing you might say.

Any Miyazaki films, especially Porco Rosso, My Neighbor Totoro, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, Howl's Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke, and Spirited Away. Oh wait, those are all the Miyazaki movies I've seen. Akira's not bad either, but it's certainly no Miyazaki.
And if we're talking traditional animation, I happen to be in the minority that finds The Spongebob Squarepants Movie hysterical. The Aristocats has a lot of nostalgic value, as well, and The Secret of NIMH is just beautiful to look at. And of course the Pixar movies, though I hated Finding Nemo. Antz is underrated.
And The Nightmare Before Christmas is just in a class all its own.

actually, in terms of artistry, akira blows them away. There arent looped animations in crowds, and the storyline is great, although it's really just a withered version of the old comic, which is really something to pick up.
Neon Genesis evangelion has the best storyline though. Fooly Cooly (FLCL) is good too. I could go on, but i wont. Howl's moving castle was probably Miyazaki's best, the only beef i have with it is the character for Howl. He was portrayed a lot nicer than in the book. Plus, Gene simmonds was chosen for his voice. Ick.

... and how could i have forget to mention the Animatrix the Second Renaissance Part 1 & 2 .. oh baby
and I gotta say, my top favorite soundtrack of all time

I still need to see Memories, I don't know how many times I have almost picked it up.
I definetly think the Animatrix doesn't get the credit it diserves. There are a few stinkers in there, but some of the short films are really amazing, especially Renaissance.

i wished there were more films like the Animatrix. great animators/directors contributing in creating another project like this again ... would be sweet.

Shinichiro Watanabe's Cowboy Bebop is my favorite anime series of all time. I still haven't sat down and check out some of his Samurai Champloo episodes.
