No one cares about books, so a couple times every year the library down town sells a bunch of books for stupid cheap. So recomend me shit, anything but horror or lame romance novels will do.

Seriously, I thought you would have been into horror, but then again fantasy may be more for you.

Get "Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy" It's Sci Fi, Fantasy, and comedy all rolled up into one great set of books. Also if they have the Harry Potter books get those as well, believe me I have gotten people to read these that never read or think their too macho or mature to read Harry Potter and then after they read them they are so suprised how good they are. And I know you didn't want horror but get some Dean Kuntz novels, I haven't read one of his yet that I would really consider horror, try "lightning", "False Memory", or "The Bad Place", all were excelent.

ANYTHING by Albert Camus! I think you'd enjoy him.

Everything else I read is boring Political or History stuf and nobody else really likes that.

Bras Cubas sounds like a book for Kramer and Frank Costanza.
