There's a show on the VH1 channel called "Storytellers".

Basically, various musicians/bands/groups will perform their songs; the difference being that typically they will setup the song before they perform it - they'll give background on it, explain what it means, tell how the song originated, etc...

The only one I've watched all the way through was the Springsteen's Storytellers.

VH1 Storytellers. I didn't even know it still aired. anyway, bands go on there and play a handful of songs. They also discuss the origin/meaning/story behind the song. something like that

I hope its either Vitalogy or Yield, I can't see a storytellers on Vs. or No Code, but knowing how popular it is, it'll probably be Ten

Storytellers covers their whole career. The band chooses the songs to talk about and play live. There's a different show where they talk about the making of classic albums, but it's not Storytellers.
