I'll say U2 - Achtung Baby and wait for the flaming.
Great guitar work on that album by the Edge. That's one of my favorites, but I couldn't just say one above all else, even if it doesn't include Pearl Jam. There are Miles Davis albums, Charlie Parker, U2, Nat King Cole, Soundgarden, Tool, Ghostface Killah, and many more on my list, so it would aggravate the life out of me to try to put one above all others.
I'll list a few that I can think of, but I'll probably forget something great...
"A Tribute to Jack Johnson" by Miles Davis
"Nefertiti" by Miles Davis
"Kind of Blue" by Miles Davis
"Bitches Brew" by Miles Davis
"Ken Burns Jazz: Charlie Parker" by Charlie Parker
"Ironman" by Ghostface Killah
"Supreme Clientele" by Ghostface Killah
"36 Chambers" by the Wu-Tang Clan
"Wu-Tang Forever" by the Wu-Tang Clan
"The W" by the Wu-Tang Clan
"Flower" by Soundgarden
"Loud Love" by Soundgarden
"Ultramega OK" by Soundgarden
"Badmotorfinger" by Soundgarden
"Superunkown" by Soundgarden
"Down on the Upside" by Soundgarden
"Unforgettable" by Nat King Cole
"Achtung Baby" by U2
"The Joshua Tree" by U2
"The Unforgettable Fire" by U2
"Opiate" by Tool
"Undertow" by Tool
"Aenima" by Tool
"Lateralus" by Tool
"Siamese Dream" by The Smashing Pumpkins
"Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness" by The Smashing Pumpkins
Eh, alright, good enough.

I'm very tempted to go with My Bloody Valentine's Loveless, or Kid A. Nothing's ever for sure.

I would say Temple of the Dog, but I can't count that as totally non-Pearl Jam. So I might have to go with Bruce Springsteen's Darkness on the Edge of Town. Although that's really a hard pick and would probably change all the time, I have several in heavy rotation.

I've still never listened to My Bloody Valentine, GV. I want to try something out considering all the praise you allow them. I suppose "Loveless" would be a good album with which I could begin? What would you recommend?
