PEARL JAM frontman Eddie Vedder may be surprised to find out that Marky Ramone was less than thrilled about the singer inducting THE RAMONES into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame. Marky told NY Rock in a recent interview, "Eddie Vedder has nothing to do with punk rock and I feel it was more of a Johnny [Ramone] thing, since Johnny moved to Hollywood and he's always wanted to be Mr. Hollywood. They're a whole different breed out there. I think Joe Strummer or Johnny Rotten would have been cooler to induct us, not somebody that is into grunge." And as for Vedder's mohawk at the occasion? "It was like, let's be the punk for the day," Marky said. "Nice guy, but we were never into his music."

All you had to do was go into the search feature, type the word Ramones, limit the search to topics in PJ chat.
If it isn't something new chances are pretty good there is already a thread on it.
