Maybe ticketmaster is doing the back-end processing for the tenclub.

Yeah, I'm sure its "nothing." Just some webmaster at a giant corporation fooling around with the site.

I'm starting to get real tired of the non-responses after 15 years.

I think ticketmaster was involved in the Kennedy assasination. This screen shot was the last piece of missing evidence I needed.

I would assume, through legalities, the 10 Club still has to purchase their tix through TicketMaster. Maybe this was just a back door for Ten Club ticket processing that was never meant to be viewed by the public, hence the $16.99 ticket price which is probably for the venue and ticketmaster, the rest going to the band.

Or maybe Ticketmaster is the anti-christ and this is something really fucked up.

I was a little miffed when I read that response, too. Clearly something was amiss. Acknowledging it is much better that saying 'it never happened'. Clearly it did- someone even purchased one.

The best theory I've read is the one weswood posted. Say that that theory is the case- what's the harm in stating that that's how 10C works with the venues/TM to do tickets? I just don't get the reason for being that guarded about it.
