My friend was telling me that there's some movie where the whole set is just drawn on paper on the floor. Like there are no real houses or doors or anything, they just pretend to knock on imaginary doors. This would be trippy, no?

Its Lars Von Trier's Dogville, and its pretty awesome but really long and kind of philosophical.
I wonder how bad Salo is...

Unfortunately, it's so elementary, and the big time investors behind the drive in the stock market aren't so stupid. This isn't the false economy of 2000.

I still need to see Salo. That seemed kind of random, though.

Everytime i see that trailer, I hope in vain that Crispin will spontaneously break out into the Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter dance. That really was the pinnacle of his career.

Pier Paolo Pasolini's Pigsty... I saw this in class last night, it tells the story of a guy wandering volcanic mountains, he kills a man and starts to eat him... then he gets more people to join in his canaballistic acts which eventually gets them fed to dogs alive, and the other story is about a big company merger, and the son of one of the company owners' love for pigs, it is implied that he has sex with them.... then at the end he's eaten by pigs.
